So many choices, so many colours, it's hard to decide. The shade loving begonia comes in varieties such as pendula, large flowering, double flowering, non-stop and picotee.

The colour selection is outstanding with apricot, bright yellow, scarlet and hot pink to name a few.

These tubers must be started indoors March 15th to April 15th to enjoy their full glory in the summer months.

Plant 1" deep in a 4-6" pot or in a flat with a very light potting medium and keep barely damp. A warm location and bottom heat will start the root system.

It could take three weeks before you actually see the top emerge from the soil so be patient and avoid overwatering.
